Cookies and similar technologies

ESY Services uses a first-party session cookie to keep authenticated users signed in securely. We also use a cookie named homefixer_cookie_consent to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. This consent cookie is stored for up to 180 days.

Essential cookies are required for account authentication, security, and core booking functionality. If you accept optional cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and website usage. Analytics is loaded only after optional consent and does not receive passwords, payment details, full contact details, or service addresses. A new browser, cleared cookie storage, or a different device may show the banner again; consent is not determined solely by IP address.

You can delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting the session cookie may sign you out, and deleting the consent cookie will show the consent banner again.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure ESY Services services, process bookings and payments, communicate with customers and providers, verify provider applications, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers and partners needed to operate the platform, such as payment, email, hosting, and security providers, or when required by law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
